Terms and Conditions

1. You are making a booking with the resort directly.
2. Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
3. You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
4. Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable.
5. The heater is chargeable during the winter season.

Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy

1. If the cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to check-in:
    A full refund will be processed after deduction of 10% cancellation charges.
2. If the cancellation is made after 7 days and up to 72 hours prior to check-in:
   75% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
3. If the cancellation is made between 72 hours and 48 hours prior to check-in:
   50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
4. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of check-in / No-show / Early check-out:
   No refund will be applicable.
5. Postponement Policy (Special Circumstances):
   • ​​​​​​​In exceptional cases, the booking amount may be adjusted against a future stay within 6 months from the original check-in date.
   • Postponed bookings will not be valid on long weekends, peak seasons, festivals, Christmas, New Year, or other special dates.
   • Any applicable rate difference will be payable at the time of rebooking.
6. Refund Processing:
   • ​​​​​​​Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
   • A 10% cancellation charge will be applicable on refundable amounts.
