1. You are making a booking with the resort directly.
2. Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
3. You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
4. Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable.
5. The heater is chargeable during the winter season.

Cancellation Policy

1. If the cancellation is made 1 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
2. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
