Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy
- If the cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to check-in:
A full refund will be processed after deduction of 10% cancellation charges. - If the cancellation is made after 7 days and up to 72 hours prior to check-in:
75% of the total booking amount will be refunded. - If the cancellation is made between 72 hours and 48 hours prior to check-in:
50% of the total booking amount will be refunded. - If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of check-in / No-show / Early check-out:
No refund will be applicable. - Postponement Policy (Special Circumstances):
- In exceptional cases, the booking amount may be adjusted against a future stay within 6 months from the original check-in date.
- Postponed bookings will not be valid on long weekends, peak seasons, festivals, Christmas, New Year, or other special dates.
- Any applicable rate difference will be payable at the time of rebooking.
- Refund Processing:
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- A 10% cancellation charge will be applicable on refundable amounts.
